Diane Rhodes, Founder and President

Diane Rhodes is the founder and President of Impact Consulting Services and has over twenty years experience in leadership development, consulting and customized training.  She works extensively with executives, managers and teams across the country to help them better define and align their priorities, improve performance and achieve goals.

Diane is a certified 360 feedback provider through the Center for Creative Leadership and leads certification courses for DISC behavioral styles. 

Ms. Rhodes has been a featured speaker at international forums, on radio and at national conferences including the CREW Network Convention for women in commercial real estate, The Defense Leadership Institute, Society for Human Resource Management and Clemson University’s Conference on Professional Development.  Ms. Rhodes is the author of numerous articles and guides on leadership, communication, mentoring and team development, and has received several awards for her work in these areas.
