In addition to program design and support, Diane conducts fast-paced and interactive mentoring training sessions to help participants establish and sustain a strong foundation for their mentoring partnership.  These training sessions provide the opportunity to transfer ideas into action as they help participants explore four critical success factors:

  • A clear understanding of the roles and responsibilities of the mentor and mentee
  • Open communication based on a respect for the strengths and differences each brings to the mentoring partnership
  • The development of  “ground rules” and action steps for the success of the partnership
  • The development of a mentoring action plan that provides clear goals and objectives for mentee learning and development
